This adult unisex six-panel mesh trucker snapback is selected in 52–58 cm (20.47–22.83 in) sizing for a custom embroidered-patch project. Decide the face fabric, colour reference and finished patch package together before approving a complete sample.
Make the fabric choice before defining the patch edge
Agree flannel, canvas, corduroy, denim or fleece as the chosen face construction. Specify polyester/cotton allocation and the separate mesh fibres rather than assuming every listed fabric forms part of one cap. Inspect front support and texture alongside the proposed patch dimensions, edge finish and backing.
- Compare heather gray, red, blue, Black and Navy Blue samples.
- Identify grey, Black white and red white against physical references.
- Request shade identification for all colors and all colors 2 labels.
- Record the selected face fabric, mesh allocation and rear construction.
- Approve patch attachment, placement, inclusion and decorated care.
Trial the actual snapback range for the intended wearer
Start with the selected 52–58 cm (20.47–22.83 in) sample. Measure usable snapback fit, crown depth and brim dimensions. Confirm any required 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm band separately on the finished cap; those references should not substitute for an actual wearer trial.
Inspect patch attachment and any alternative finish separately
Review front, side, rear curved-area or brim placement with seam clearance. Machine, hand or affixed-cloth embroidery, transfer or screen printing, sublimation, raised rubber, embossed, digital or glitter finishes require approval on the chosen surface. Agree one supplied process and its reverse finish. Establish required needle-screening scope and evidence for any defined waterproof or airflow performance before accepting those results.
