Coordinate all-over print, a woven patch and laser-hole design on this adult unisex cotton fisherman/bucket-style hat. Seven colors are offered in Custom Size or 46–60cm (18.11–23.62in), with the actual fit and combined artwork construction to be approved.
Plan the print repeat around the patch and holes
Define printed coverage and repeat alignment on the complete hat. Approve the laser-hole layout, opening sizes and edges before fixing patch position and attachment.
Compare Black or White with Sky Blue, Camel, Watermelon Red, Navy Blue or Purple against the chosen print. Set patch weave, dimensions and colors so the finished fabric, print and woven artwork can be judged together.
Measure the chosen bucket shape on the wearer
Agree the selected 46–60cm or custom measurement and verify the supplied cap on the intended adult wearer. Check the 54–56cm, 56–58cm and 58–60cm references against that actual fitting.
- Measure the finished inner circumference.
- Identify any adjustment or retention mechanism and usable span.
- Check crown depth on the intended wearer.
- Measure brim width and projection.
- Inspect edge support and the approved brim curve.
- Confirm the chosen size with the patch and print fitted.
Specify cotton construction and compatible decoration
Request cotton content by component and the actual canvas, denim or corduroy construction. Identify lining, band and seams, then approve the requested print or embroidery method for compatibility with that fabric and the holes.
Agree artwork care and required evidence
Confirm method, placement and inclusion for the supplied work. Request applicable needle documentation and design-specific airflow or sun evidence where needed; laser holes do not establish those results.
Obtain cotton shrinkage guidance, cleaning and drying instructions. Include patch/print care and storage that maintains the approved brim and crown.
