This six-panel polyester/cotton baseball cap combines a wide brim, washed distressed styling and custom printed or embroidered letter artwork. Choose Black, White or Gray and approve the actual fabric, finish and adult unisex metal-buckle adjustment on a decorated sample.
Approve the washed letter-cap appearance
Compare the selected colour with its actual washed shade and distressed areas before setting the letter artwork. Measure the wide brim and confirm polyester/cotton proportions, component allocation and chosen fabric construction, including any terry surface.
Select the letter process through the actual substrate
Agree the print or embroidery route, artwork scale, placement and backing on a sample. Verify sublimation and discharge suitability for the selected fabric and clarify any ready-made-apparel direct-injection heat-transfer or direct-digital process before accepting that option.
- Approve Black, White or Gray with the intended wash and distress layout.
- Record actual blend proportions and any selected terry construction.
- Measure wide-brim dimensions and inspect crown depth and front support.
- Agree letter artwork, scale, colours, placement and inner backing.
- Confirm any requested accessory material, position and fixing.
- Specify metal-buckle composition, plating, surface finish and measured adjustment.
Inspect selected embroidery and accessory attachments
Confirm machine, hand, affixed-cloth, sequin, 3D, nail-bead or flocking embroidery on the actual cap. Inspect the fixing of any requested rivet, bow, pocket, sequin, eyelet or chain alongside six-panel seams and the internal band.
Review the finished wide-brim cap during the adult trial
