Agree a folding method for the finished hat
Inspect the same sample before folding and after unpacking when planning travel use. Confirm the handling method and recovered shape with the chosen decoration, including these approval points:

- The artwork position relative to the fold area.
- The lining appearance and fit after handling.

Ask for the polyester/cotton proportions and inspect the broadcloth finish on the chosen sample. Check crown profile, brim dimensions and lining with the wearer; the fabric name does not establish a blend ratio, particular fit or durable shape recovery.
Set the supplied decoration and summer brief
Agree the artwork method, dimensions and position on the plain base, then confirm whether the approved decoration is included in the final version. For outdoor summer use where a defined protection level matters, request applicable UV evidence before specifying performance; sun-hat styling does not supply a tested UPF rating.
