Choose the curly plush colour
Five colours are offered in 54–60CM (21.26–23.62in). Examine the complete chosen shade and approve its actual pattern or solid appearance:

Confirm the precise fabric construction and inspect the six-panel crown with measured dimensions. Review the peak shape and size on that same sample, including how fused areas are applied within the finished cap.
Establish the fit and winter-use conditions
Have the Magic Sticker fastening's usable range measured before selecting the adult fit. Try the required 54–56CM, 56–58CM or 58–60CM setting on the wearer and inspect the inner band and any lining with the closure secured.
Confirm any required warmth performance
If the cap must meet a particular warmth level for winter use, obtain applicable thermal test conditions and results. Consider those results alongside the intended casual winter or travel outfit before deciding on the finished version.
Approve artwork and polyester-pile care
For a requested custom logo, agree an available technique compatible with the actual plush. If sublimation-transfer printing or embossing is selected, approve that exact treatment, artwork dimensions and inclusion on the chosen surface.
Review front-panel, brim/visor, back curved-part or right or left panel placement and confirm every supplied decorative part. Obtain instructions addressing the polyester pile, fastening, fused areas and artwork, including how to maintain the crown and peak shape when caring for the cap.
