A solid Black base, five-panel trucker shape and circle-hole design give this adult unisex cap its starting identity. Build the custom woven front patch around the actual cotton canvas/mesh construction and adjustable buckle fit.

Make the woven front patch specific

Set patch fiber, weave detail, shape and dimensions before choosing its attachment. Inspect edge finish, backing and seam clearance on the actual front panel, checking how the patch contacts the wearer and follows the crown.

Locate the circular openings

Establish hole diameters, spacing and positions, including whether they belong to the mesh or a separate perforated area. Review their edge finish and clearance from the front artwork without assuming a particular cutting process or tested airflow.

Approve canvas, mesh and adult adjustment

Confirm cotton allocation across the canvas and mesh components, then inspect canvas thickness and finish with mesh openings and placement. Review front support, lining and band, and identify the actual single-breasted buckle mechanism, strap route and travel.
