Approve holes and rope around the front design
Specify laser-hole positions, sizes and edge finish alongside rope material, shade, thickness, location and attachment. Compare the complete White and Black designs with the proposed thread colors and front logo in place.
- Identify the selected canvas, corduroy or velvet surface.
- Confirm polyester percentages and actual fabric placement by component.
- Set front logo dimensions, relief, stitch coverage and backing on the complete sample.
- Approve any animal or other pattern and fitted button with the supplied design.
- Agree included embroidery or plain supply on the actual construction.
Inspect fabric layers and artwork support

Measure buckle fit and bill curvature

Verify waterproofing for the selected assembly
For required waterproof performance, obtain methods, conditions and results identifying actual holes, seams, finish, rope and embroidery attachments. Agree cleaning, drying, fabric/thread color and rope care, with storage supporting the approved bill, crown and front artwork.
