Define the rope detail before approving the front
Specify rope composition, diameter, route and end fixing with the intended cap shape. Check how the selected rope and artwork colours work together on the completed sample.
Measure the selected foam construction
Confirm foam polymer, measured thickness and support rather than assuming a particular density or build. Choose five, six or multiple panels and identify the covering fibres.
- Approve any twill, canvas, suede-style, denim, velvet or mesh sections.
- Specify dobby detail or a washed or distressed treatment where selected.
- Measure crown depth, brim dimensions and the internal band.

Trial machine or 3D embroidery on the actual substrate when selecting a logo finish. Any sublimation, digital, embossed, silk-screen or heat-transfer artwork needs its own approval and feasible front, side, rear or brim location.
Match colour and fitted adult dimensions
Review Black, White, Navy Blue or Sky Blue with the rope and logo, or approve Purple, Pink, Watermelon Red, Orange, Yellow or Green. Trial One Size against the required adult 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm circumference.
