Match the patch to a complete colour design
Choose Black, White, Navy Blue, Camouflage, Fluorescent Green or Light Gray with the proposed patch palette. Gray + Black is a combined design; approve any alternative shade against a physical sample.
Confirm rubber composition, patch thickness, backing and attachment. Review the edge and interior fixing where the badge meets the perforated fabric.
- Approve the selected six- or seven-panel construction before artwork placement.
- Confirm polyester allocation and any nylon content in each component.
- Check mesh construction and laser-hole spacing beside the patch.
- Measure crown depth, internal band and the slightly curved brim.
- Specify buckle composition, plating and finish for the adjustment trial.
- Review the actual fused or joined sections inside the cap.
Measure the buckle across the intended range
Trial nominal 58 cm adjustment for the required 58–60 cm circumference on the intended adult wearer. Check how the crown sits and whether the patch backing or fastening affects comfort during movement.
Approve the artwork process and care together
Machine, sequin or 3D embroidery needs a sample on the selected substrate. Likewise, confirm silk-screen, heat-transfer, sublimation transfer, digital, embossed, raised-rubber or flock decoration before selecting its application.
Approve any animal, bow, camouflage, cartoon or character motif and feasible front, side, rear or brim position. Request complete component and decoration care, plus any required airflow, water or sun-protection evidence for the intended activity.
