This six-panel unstructured dad-style baseball cap offers a custom embroidered logo in White Blue or White Black combined colour designs. Adult unisex Custom Size requires actual dimensions and a measured buckle trial before the finished cap is approved.
Choose the bicolour layout and actual fabric
Review the White Blue or White Black design with the proposed artwork across its panel layout. Specify fibre composition and component allocation before choosing velvet, canvas, corduroy, denim or velour construction, including any plush finish.
- Confirm the unstructured front with the selected fabric and backing.
- Measure crown depth, brim dimensions and the internal band.
- Inspect the actual fused or joined sections inside the cap.
- Define required custom dimensions for the intended adult wearer.
- Trial buckle adjustment around the proposed 58–60 cm circumference.

Request complete fabric, hardware and decoration care, then review the proposed cleaning method on the approved sample. Keep its bicolour layout, component recipe and custom measurements together.
