Select the camouflage colour
Eight colours are offered in 54–60CM (21.26–23.62in). Approve the exact camo layout and washed effect on the colour you select:

Inspect the unstructured crown
Review the complete six-panel crown on the finished sample. Confirm how fused construction is applied, with the actual crown structure visible alongside the unstructured styling.
Check the curved-brim profile
Obtain brim dimensions and inspect its curvature from the front and side. Assess that shape with the selected camouflage pattern before finalizing the complete dad-cap silhouette.
Find the required buckle fit
Have the buckle's usable range measured and establish its actual metal and finish. Try the required 54–56CM, 56–58CM or 58–60CM fit on the adult wearer, checking the inner band and any lining at the intended setting.
Agree the logo on washed cotton
For a requested custom logo, confirm an available technique compatible with the chosen cotton finish, including any selected sublimation-transfer printing or embossing. Agree artwork dimensions, inclusion and the front panel, brim/visor, back curved part or right or left panel location.
Care for the complete camo finish
Approve any included decoration and its attachment together with the finished logo. Obtain instructions for the cotton, washed surface, fused areas and buckle, including how to retain the curved-brim shape when caring for the cap.
