This acrylic Rasta-style knitted beanie combines rainbow-striped styling with 3D embroidery and adult unisex sizing. Choose the actual silhouette and colour arrangement before approving the knit, raised artwork and wearer fit.
Select the stripe combination and knitted shape
Green/yellow/red and green/black/red are combined colour designs to review with the proposed stripe layout. Approve the Black design separately, including how the raised embroidery appears on its selected surface.
For Olive or Grey beret designs, confirm the actual silhouette, stripe placement and decoration on the sample. Keep that selected shape with the colour and artwork specification.
- Specify acrylic allocation and the density of the selected knit.
- Measure crown depth, opening dimensions and the finished circumference.
- Identify any lining and the construction of the internal band.
- Trial usable stretch and recovery on the intended adult wearer.

Place raised embroidery on the chosen knit
Approve 3D embroidery dimensions, thread colours, backing and location on the actual substrate. Inspect the finished interior beneath the artwork and confirm any digital printing separately before combining decoration routes.

For travel, casual outings, outdoor activity or cycling, check comfort and coverage in the setting where the headwear will be used. Obtain any required thermal or weather evidence before assigning a performance rating.
Request complete instructions for the knit, embroidery, printed decoration and other components. Review shape recovery after the proposed cleaning method and compare the stripe layout and raised artwork with the approved sample.
