- Approve Black fabric with the intended front thread shades.
- Locate laser holes relative to the logo and six-panel seams.
- Confirm opening dimensions and edge finish on the actual cap.
- Set embroidery size, relief, stitch coverage, backing and position.
- Agree included artwork, any pattern and fitted button, or plain supply.
Choose the actual polyester surface
Confirm whether canvas, corduroy or velvet is selected and request polyester percentages by component. Specify weave or pile, thickness, finish and any coating or laminate for the approved construction.
Inspect support beneath the embroidery
Identify lining, band, front backing and crown support with the actual seams visible. Check the chosen machine or 3D work on that surface so the artwork approval represents the completed six-panel cap.
Measure the adult buckle setting
Identify the rear buckle and strap mechanism and record inner circumference, usable span, retention and crown depth. Trial the intended setting on the adult wearer; no numeric size range is established.
Approve the bill and crown together
Measure bill width and projection and confirm actual curvature and firmness with the logo in place. Review the selected crown profile at the approved adjustment setting on the wearer.
Verify waterproofing and component care
Obtain applicable methods, conditions and results covering actual holes, seams, finish and embroidery if waterproofing is required. Agree cleaning, drying, Black fabric/thread color and any pile/backing care, plus storage supporting the bill, crown and artwork.
