This Black five-panel foam-and-mesh trucker cap offers adjustable adult unisex buckle fit at nominal 58cm(22.83in). Develop a custom front sublimation logo or machine embroidery with the actual foam, mesh and decorated substrate approved together on a sample.
Specify the foam and mesh before choosing artwork
Confirm foam composition, thickness, backing and position across the cap. Identify mesh fibre and panel layout, plus any selected canvas construction, so the proposed decoration is assessed on the actual front material.
Trial sublimation on the selected Black front
Approve the actual decorated substrate and sample result before agreeing sublimation artwork and colours. If machine embroidery is selected, confirm logo size, thread colours, placement and backing instead of assuming both methods share the same preparation.
Inspect the finished outside and inner surface with the cap fully assembled. Check the artwork footprint against foam construction, five-panel seams and mesh transitions before accepting the decorated front.
