The material description is 100% Cotton, with all eight shades available in each size. For a Royal blue design, approve that exact shade and fabric surface rather than substituting Navy Blue.
Scale artwork for the child-size hat
If you want added decoration, agree the printing or embroidery process, artwork dimensions and position on the chosen size. Confirm whether the finished artwork is supplied and inspect a decorated sample for that exact colour-and-size combination.
Define the summer outdoor requirement
For a beach or daily outdoor design, assess the actual brim and child fit on the sample. Request applicable UV documentation if sun protection is essential to your intended use.
Wind resistance, airflow and drying speed also need their own applicable evidence when they determine selection. The wide-brim shape and cotton material alone do not establish those measured performance results.
