Make the letters work above the pile
Check the proposed 3D embroidery on the actual teddy fleece. Agree letter dimensions, relief, thread colors and backing, then inspect the outline against the pile and nearby panel seams.

The available size is 54–60cm. Check the wearer against the 54–56cm, 56–58cm or 58–60cm reference, then test the Magic Sticker fastener's construction, overlap and adjustment span. Inspect the curved brim's dimensions with the cap secured.

Request pile cleaning, drying and shape-storage instructions. Confirm the lining composition and the selected fabric components before accepting the finished cap.
