Make the rope part of the approved design
Specify its composition, diameter, shade, position and attachment on the selected sample. Review the rope with the bill shape and front artwork without assuming a particular junction or crown profile.
Check suede and mesh against the polyester/cotton components
Confirm fiber percentages and component positions, then establish the actual suede material or surface finish. Inspect mesh fiber, openings, front support, lining and band. Approve the five-panel seam layout and artwork clearance on the assembled cap.
Choose an adult size through actual measurements
Establish applicability of 48–50cm, 50–52cm, 52–54cm, 54–56cm or 56–58cm to the requested adult configuration. Agree measurement basis, method and tolerance alongside the actual rear closure. Check retention, usable range, crown depth and bill dimensions in a fitting trial.
