Arrange the PVC patch with the rope detail
Set artwork size and attachment on the supplied five-panel crown. Agree the rope position alongside the selected hole pattern, reviewing how the three elements sit together. Inspect the complete cap profile rather than assuming a fixed crown structure or brim curve.
- Approve PVC artwork dimensions on the five-panel crown.
- Agree rope placement relative to the patch and selected holes.
- Inspect laser-cut hole edges on the polyester twill.
- Check the supplied fitted rear with the decorated cap worn.
- Confirm measured size and care for the complete assembly.
Match the assembly to a real color choice
The One Size palette includes Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Yellow, Blue, Sky Blue, Pink, Wine, Army Green, Camel and Gray. Compare the selected cap shade with the rope and PVC artwork colors on the finished sample.
Request the required numerical fitted band
For this five-panel project, state the needed reference as 48–50 cm, 50–52 cm, 52–54 cm, 54–56 cm, 56–58 cm or 58–60 cm. Confirm supply in the chosen shade and inspect the actual fitted rear without assuming adjustment spanning those bands.
