Define the all-over artwork on a sample
Agree the print method and intended coverage before finalizing the design. Review a finished sample so the pattern works across the hat shape, and settle these artwork details rather than assuming one application process will suit every fabric or layout:
- The motif scale on the selected crown and brim.
- The intended coverage of each visible area.
- The pattern alignment at crown and brim seams.
- The base-color effect beside the proposed print.
- The agreed blank or approved printed version to be supplied.
Select the solid base from fifteen colors
White, Navy Blue, ORANGE, PINK, Black, RED, Yellow, COFFEE, Peacock Blue, Beige, khaki, dark blue, Sky Blue, Watermelon Red and Purple are actual choices. Compare Navy Blue, dark blue, Peacock Blue and Sky Blue separately on samples, then approve the selected shade beside the artwork rather than substituting one blue for another.
Confirm the blend and finished construction
Ask for the exact polyester/cotton proportions and chosen fabric construction before selecting the application method. Cotton content does not establish 100% cotton, and any required lamination or fusing needs an agreed construction scope on the selected hat before approval.
Check the size and profile for summer use
Try the actual 56–60 cm option on the intended adult wearer and confirm measured fit, any adjustment mechanism, crown coverage, brim dimensions and lining. If an open-top visor is required, approve that construction specifically before choosing the hat. For beach or outdoor wear where defined UV protection matters, request applicable evidence; summer styling does not supply a tested UPF rating.
