This six-panel cotton camouflage trucker cap offers a custom embroidered patch logo with front machine or 3D embroidery options. Choose Army Green, Brown or Camel and approve the patch palette with the proposed camouflage layout.
Set the camouflage and selected fabric sections
Confirm cotton allocation and actual mesh fibres alongside the selected canvas, corduroy, denim or velour sections. Review front support, crown depth, brim dimensions and the internal band with the completed camouflage design.
Specify an embroidered patch as a complete component
Define patch material, thickness, edge, backing and fixing before selecting its front position. Trial artwork dimensions and thread colours using machine or 3D embroidery on the actual substrate.
Inspect the exterior edge and the interior beneath the patch. Confirm that its final scale and fixing work with the selected front support and camouflage arrangement.
