Inspect the eight-panel mesh construction
Confirm polyester allocation and actual mesh composition with the selected fabric construction. Check panel support, crown depth, brim dimensions and the internal band on the completed shape.
Review the actual fused or joined sections before artwork is finalized. Check the proposed design against the panel layout so its dimensions and feasible placement can be agreed on the real cap.
