Approve the decorated sample as a complete cap
Evaluate the supplied polyester twill with the embroidery in place. Check the crown profile and wearer comfort together, without assuming a conventional mesh-back construction from the trucker name alone.

- Inspect stitch edges near the laser-cut pattern and seams.
- Compare thread colors with the selected actual fabric shade.
- Verify the supplied rear construction and measured wearer fit.
- Agree embroidery inclusion and finished fabric-care requirements.
Define the activity checks before approval
For golf, running, cycling or other outdoor use, request relevant waterproof, ventilation or embroidery-durability evidence if required. Obtain production records where seamless fusing is specified and agree care for the completed decorated cap.
