Plan this polyester five-panel mesh golf cap around the selected laser-cut design and embroidered logo. Its adult unisex format combines a single-breasted buckle reference with a 56–58cm (22.05–22.83in) circumference reference; approve the actual adjustment and construction on the chosen sample.
Coordinate cuts with the logo area
Define the cut shape, position, spacing and edge finish before sizing artwork. Map any fitted perforations separately, and check that stitches, backing or print do not interfere with the selected cuts or the intended mesh openings.
- Choose Navy Blue, Sky blue, pink, Wine red, green, dark gray or light gray for the five-panel sample.
- Identify polyester content and mesh placement by component, including the band and lining.
- Measure crown depth and bill curvature, width and projection alongside circumference.
- Inspect the actual buckle, strap travel and retention through the usable adjustment.
- Specify front, side, rear or bill artwork position with its dimensions and clearances.
- Confirm which embroidery, printing and pattern treatments are included in the order.
Select an artwork method deliberately
Compare the requested 3D, cloth-applied, machine or nail-bead embroidery on the actual cap fabric. For puff, raised-rubber, direct-injection/heat-transfer, digital, embossed or screen work, agree the production method and inspect a substrate-specific proof rather than combining every treatment automatically.
Fit the intended activity
Trial the approved cap for golf, travel or the intended outdoor activity, checking contact comfort around the buckle and decorated areas. Obtain any required airflow, drying, thermal or protective evidence, then agree care instructions for the polyester/mesh, cut edges and selected artwork.
