Review Navy Blue, pink, Gray, White, Black, Watermelon Red, Dark Grey and Sky Blue against the proposed logo colours. Inspect the 100% polyester mesh and laser-cut pattern on an actual sample. Establish a five-panel or other selected panel layout, crown support and brim profile before fixing artwork dimensions.

Confirm any checkered, colour-blocking, floral, geometric or cartoon artwork, and feasible front, side, rear or brim placement. Establish any fused component and needle-screening scope. Waterproof and quick-dry requirements need applicable test evidence before they become approval criteria.
