Define the logo on the blank hat

Check what the size label means for fit
All twelve colors have the 56-60cm(22.05-23.62in) option. Request the measured finished circumference and any adjustment mechanism, then try the hat on the wearer; the option label alone does not establish a continuous 56–60 cm adjustment span.
Set evidence requirements for outdoor use
