Start the artwork brief with a real shade
Select Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Yellow, Blue, Sky Blue, Pink, Wine, Army Green, Camel or Gray. Compare the proposed print or embroidery colors with that actual twill sample and agree which decoration method, dimensions and placement are included.
Confirm the supplied panel count from the five-, six- or seven-panel possibilities. Check how the selected logo follows the actual crown and where its edges sit relative to seams and laser-cut holes.
- Review the chosen fabric shade with the finished logo colors.
- Confirm the actual crown layout before approving artwork placement.
- Inspect laser-cut areas directly beside the decorated surface.
- Measure the selected shade at the requested circumference.
- Approve rear fastening and any usable adjustment on the sample.
- Agree the supplied artwork treatment and polyester-twill care.
Turn the fit reference into an approved sample
The stated circumference bands are 48–50 cm, 50–52 cm, 52–54 cm, 54–56 cm, 56–58 cm and 58–60 cm. Confirm the required band in the chosen One Size color. For a snapback specification, inspect the supplied rear system; the bands do not prove one adjustment span or numerical variants.
Set the activity requirements before committing
