Develop a custom-patch baseball cap with laser-cut holes for an adult unisex design. A customized-color selection is paired with the 58cm (22.83in) option. Confirm the actual fabric, panel configuration and applicable 56–58cm (22.05–22.83in) circumference before approving the finished cap.
Give the patch a defined material and attachment
Specify composition, thickness, shape, dimensions, artwork method and edge finish rather than assuming a leather or woven patch. Approve backing, attachment and exact position with the laser-hole layout. Check hole diameter, spacing and finished edges around the proposed design.
Choose one actual fabric and panel arrangement

Fit and care for the completed patch-and-hole design
Establish the measurement basis, method and tolerance linking the selected size and circumference. Inspect the actual closure, usable range, retention, crown depth and bill shape on the intended adult wearer. Review comfort for beach, fishing, casual or outdoor activities with the chosen formal, hip-hop or street styling. Obtain required airflow, drying, waterproof or protective evidence and request cleaning, drying and storage guidance for the confirmed fabric, perforation edges, patch and artwork.
