Develop a Black or White adult unisex cotton canvas reversible fisherman/bucket hat with a custom front logo. Approve the actual reverse-side pairing and chosen embroidery or digital printing together, then check both wearing orientations before selecting the summer or outdoor design.
Establish both canvas wearing surfaces
Identify the surface paired with the chosen Black or White configuration and confirm composition by component and side. Specify canvas weave, thickness, finish, internal layers, seam treatment and label locations, and demonstrate how the complete hat reverses.
Check the logo from both sides
Choose compatible machine or 3D embroidery or digital printing for the actual front surface. Define artwork dimensions, colors, exact position and inclusion, including any requested other-side decoration or compatible process combination.
Approve threads, stitch coverage, relief and backing for embroidery, or ink, coverage and finish for printing. Review artwork, backing, seams and labels for appearance and feel in both orientations, and agree the actual other or plain pattern and supplied configuration.
Measure fit and coverage in the reversible sample
