Use the five-panel polyester twill crown to plan this golf/baseball cap’s custom PVC patch and rope detail. Laser-cut perforation, adult unisex wear and a fitted rear are stated, with twelve actual One Size colors.
Build the patch and rope layout on the five-panel crown
Agree PVC artwork dimensions and attachment, then set rope placement beside the selected hole pattern. Inspect the finished hole edges and complete profile with the decoration in place. Approve the supplied crown structure and brim shape on the sample rather than assuming them from the golf-cap name.
- Set PVC artwork dimensions on the actual five-panel crown.
- Agree patch attachment with the selected rope position.
- Review laser-cut hole layout and finished edges beside the decoration.
- Inspect the polyester twill profile and supplied fitted rear.
- Approve the chosen shade at its required measured band.
Confirm the color with a specific fitted requirement
The actual One Size options comprise Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Yellow, Blue, Sky Blue, Pink, Wine, Army Green, Camel and Gray. Compare rope and PVC artwork colors against the selected cap fabric on the completed sample.
For fit approval, request one of the separate 48–50 cm, 50–52 cm, 52–54 cm, 54–56 cm, 56–58 cm or 58–60 cm references. Confirm supply in that shade and inspect the fitted rear without assuming adjustment covering every band.
Approve the complete assembly for golf use
Assess comfort for the intended men’s golf or adult unisex sports project with the PVC patch and rope in place. Obtain applicable waterproof or ventilation evidence where required. Agree twill, rope and patch care, and request production records if seamless fusing is specified.
