Develop a rubber-patch brief on the five-panel crown of this laser-perforated trucker-cap design. Twill fabric and adult unisex wear are stated. Twelve actual colors are selectable in One Size, with actual fiber composition and rear construction to approve.
Set the patch shape on the crown
Approve the proposed rubber outline and dimensions against the actual five-panel seams. Inspect attachment around the laser-cut pattern and agree the selected position and included patch treatment before accepting the decorated sample.
Confirm the textile for a nylon project
Review an actual component fiber specification with the supplied twill. Check the finish with the rubber patch in place before finalizing a nylon-based brief, without relying on an assumed fiber composition.
Inspect the rear and request a band
For the proposed snapback construction, inspect the supplied fastening and any usable travel. Confirm the chosen color at the required 48–50 cm, 50–52 cm, 52–54 cm, 54–56 cm, 56–58 cm or 58–60 cm band; these references do not establish one adjustment span.
- Check the patch outline against actual five-panel crown seams.
- Confirm supplied fiber composition and the selected twill finish.
- Approve attachment near the laser-cut areas of the cap.
- Inspect the actual rear fastening for the requested fit.
- Agree rubber colors, patch inclusion and finished-cap care.
- Request relevant evidence for the intended outdoor activity.
Choose a real One Size color
Select Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Yellow, Blue, Sky Blue, Pink, Wine, Army Green, Camel or Gray. Compare the chosen shade with the proposed rubber colors on the actual sample.
Agree the performance and process brief
For golf, running or cycling, assess comfort and request relevant ventilation or patch-durability evidence. Obtain production records if seamless fusing is specified and agree care for the completed artwork.
