This seven-panel polyester foam-front, mesh-back trucker cap offers digital printing or embroidery with adjustable One Size Fits Most sizing. Confirm the intended wearer and age suitability through an actual fit trial before approving the decorated cap.
Approve one complete colour configuration
Review White-Black or White-Navy with the proposed artwork. For a Black, Navy Blue, White-Red, White-Royal Blue or White palette, confirm the complete configuration on a physical sample before selecting the finished design.
Specify the foam-front and mesh-back assembly
Confirm polyester allocation, foam thickness and support, outer covering and actual mesh fibres. Check crown depth, brim dimensions and the internal band with the selected seven-panel construction.
- Identify the actual fastening or adjustment mechanism.
- Measure usable one-size fit on the intended wearer.
- Confirm adult fit and age suitability before selecting the cap.
- Trial digital printing on the chosen fabric and colour configuration.
- Approve embroidery separately with its backing and fixing.

Place artwork clear of mesh and joins
Set artwork dimensions and colours with feasible front, left, right or rear curved-area placement. Check clearance from panel joins and mesh openings on the actual cap, then approve the selected decoration combination.
Trial the finished cap for group or outdoor use
For sports, fishing, group outfits or events, assess comfort and coverage during the intended activity. Obtain required airflow, water or sun-protection evidence before assigning those performance characteristics.
Request complete foam, fabric, mesh, fastening and decoration care. Review the proposed cleaning method and inspect the foam front, mesh backing and artwork finish afterwards on the approved sample.
