Build the puff artwork around the crown

Set the measured fit and rear construction
The stated circumference bands are 48–50 cm, 50–52 cm, 52–54 cm, 54–56 cm, 56–58 cm and 58–60 cm. Request the required band in the chosen color. For a snapback specification, inspect the supplied fastening and measure its usable travel; the bands alone do not demonstrate one adjustment range.
- Check the slightly curved brim with the finished six-panel profile.
- Confirm terry placement and polyester/cotton composition by component.
- Approve puff artwork height, outline, dimensions and selected location.
- Verify the selected color's actual circumference and rear fastening.
- Agree decoration care and evidence for any required outdoor performance.
Coordinate the fourteen-color selection
Choose Black, White, Army Green, Peacock Blue, Purple, Watermelon Red, Wine, Green, Sky Blue, Orange, Gray, Pink, Beige or Camel. Compare embroidery or print colors with the actual shade and inspect the logo from the front and side.
Define the sports or ski-themed brief
A ski-themed graphic can guide the artwork without establishing insulation or cold-weather suitability. For the intended outdoor activity, assess sample comfort and request relevant waterproof, ventilation and decoration-durability evidence before settling the specification.
