Develop a Black or Brown adult unisex acrylic knitted skullcap/beanie with a custom woven label and machine or automated embroidery. Approve the actual knit shape, dyed shade and included decoration for the intended winter or ski design.
Coordinate the dyed knit with label artwork
Review an actual color sample for any separately requested custom dyed shade and confirm yarn/component acrylic content with dye and finish details. Set woven-label yarn, weave, backing, shape, dimensions, colors, edges, attachment and location against that approved knit.
Agree the embroidery and selected pattern
Specify machine/automated-embroidery threads, artwork dimensions, stitch coverage, backing and position. Choose the actual animal, cartoon, other or plain pattern, confirming which label, embroidery, button or other decoration is included rather than assuming every option accompanies the cap.
- Inspect the knitted stitch formation and actual seams.
- Review thickness, density and any lining on the selected sample.
- Approve a cuffed or uncuffed shape and any fold depth.
- Measure crown height and actual ear coverage.
- Check label and artwork visibility at the approved fit.
Measure the adult knit fit
