Approve the Highland cow layout and patch
Confirm the actual cow motif, placement and chosen knit or print execution on Black. Inspect patch material composition, thickness, backing, surface finish, dimensions, edge and attachment before settling the leather-patch design.
Choose a process for the selected surface
Agree feasible sublimation transfer, digital, puff, hand-drawn, screen or heat-transfer artwork, or machine or 3D embroidery. Confirm artwork scale, colours and backing on the actual surface, including any selected animal, cartoon, character, floral or leaf design.

Inspect the actual adjustment construction and trial the 55–61 cm head-circumference range. Review the completed beanie on the intended adult wearer before approving the artwork, dimensions and fit together.
Set colour requests, care and thermal needs
Submit alternative colour or logo requirements for individual confirmation. Obtain knit, patch and artwork care, and request thermal evidence if a particular warmth level is needed for outdoor, fishing or ski use before approving the completed sample.
