This adult unisex western cowboy/cowgirl design uses paper with a retro distressed wide-brim direction. Choose the shade and approve the actual weave, crown/brim profile and embroidered rivet-band appearance on the selected sample.
Try the Circumference and Adjustment
Try the 56–58CM (22.05–22.83in) option on the intended wearer. Confirm how adjustable sizing applies to the selected hat and inspect the actual adjustment arrangement.
If 58–60CM is required, confirm availability and measured fit before selection. Approve the complete chosen-colour construction with that fit.
Approve the Paper Shade and Distressed Finish
Inspect the paper weave, surface shade and actual distressed appearance on a complete sample. Available colours are:
- Black.
- White.
- Light Pink.
- Fuchsia.
- Beige.
- Camel.
- Coffee.
- Blue.
Inspect the Western Brim and Band
Measure the wide brim and review its profile with the cowboy/cowgirl crown. Inspect any lining and the complete band and trim attachments.
Approve the embroidered and rivet-band appearance and confirm the band material, including a leather specification if required. Establish which ribbon and rope trim parts are included on the finished design.
Agree the Chosen Construction or Decoration
For requested handwoven construction or machine embroidery, confirm availability and compatibility with the exact paper hat. Agree the selected process and inspect the completed result on the sample.
If digital or sublimation decoration is requested, approve the compatible artwork, placement and inclusion. Review it together with the selected band, rivets and weave before accepting the design.
Confirm Paper Care and Shape Maintenance
Obtain care, storage and shape-maintenance instructions for the paper weave, band and decoration. Review the complete selected-colour sample for intended casual, beach or travel use with its agreed fit and brim profile.
