Check the colour and canvas finish on both faces of the selected bucket hat. Review seams and how each side sits when reversed so the complete two-face construction forms part of the sample approval.
Plan front embroidery for a reversible design
Agree feasible machine or 3D embroidery at the front with artwork dimensions, thread colours and backing. Confirm any chosen animal, character or colour-block design and inspect its appearance and finish on both wearable faces.

Obtain fabric, adjustment and embroidery care for the approved reversible construction. Request applicable UV evidence if rated sun protection is required for beach, fishing, travel or outdoor use, and assess the requirement with the chosen sample.
