Approve the silhouette and artwork as one design
Inspect the supplied cap from the front, side and rear to agree panel layout, crown structure and brim shape. Choose one actual construction rather than assuming a fixed panel count from the wider menu. Set logo width, height and position on that profile, checking its relationship to the selected laser-cut holes.

- Choose artwork dimensions beside the selected perforation pattern.
- Inspect finished hole edges on the actual polyester twill.

Choose the twill shade and numerical fit together
The actual One Size selection comprises Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Yellow, Blue, Sky Blue, Pink, Wine, Army Green, Camel and Gray. Compare the selected fabric shade and artwork colors on the completed sample.
Fit requests can refer separately to 48–50 cm, 50–52 cm, 52–54 cm, 54–56 cm, 56–58 cm or 58–60 cm. Confirm the needed band in that shade.
