Coordinate the rubber patch and rope

Define rubber composition, dimensions, colors, relief, edges, backing and front-panel attachment. Set rope material, shade, thickness, location and attachment against the selected Black or White surface with the patch positioned.

If machine or 3D embroidery is desired, approve compatibility, dimensions, relief, stitches, backing and location separately from the rubber patch. Confirm included artwork, any selected pattern and fitted button, or plain supply.

• Inspect laser-hole positions, sizes and edge finish on the complete cap.
• Select the actual canvas, velour, corduroy or velvet construction.
• Confirm polyester percentages and actual fabric placement by component.

Measure fit and the flat bill together
