Custom Five-Panel Camp Caps from Your Own Design
A camp cap gives your collection a different front profile and panel arrangement from a conventional baseball cap. We develop custom hats around your requirements, drawings and chosen materials. Bring the shape you want to make, and we can work through the panel layout, brim and branding as one design.

Make the Panel Map Clear
Five-panel designs can still differ in the shape of the front, sides and top. Include views that show where seams sit and how the crown should look from the side. The panel count alone does not settle the proportions. A clear map helps us discuss the construction behind the style you have in mind.

Use the Front Area Deliberately
The front panel can offer a useful space for your artwork, but the available area depends on the actual design. Mark the logo dimensions and distance from seams or the brim. Bring the decoration method into that review. A wide graphic, small mark and patch each need their own placement decision.

Choose a Profile for the Intended Wearer
Describe the wearing position and the look you want from the front and side. A lower-looking cap and a deeper crown can create different results even within the same family. Keep the target measurements separate from style language. We can review both on the selected sample with you.
| Input | Useful detail | Sample review |
|---|---|---|
| Side profile | Drawing or owned reference | Crown line and brim angle |
| Depth | Marked measurement points | Wearing position |
| Rear arrangement | Opening and adjustment choice | Fit and appearance |

Review Material and Colour Blocking Together
Camp-cap references can combine different panel colours and fabric appearances. Identify the material and colour for each part, including the brim and rear arrangement. A quilted look, a smooth fabric and a contrasting panel are separate decisions. Material specification helps keep the composition and surface description clear.

Keep Functional Claims Tied to the Project
An outdoor appearance does not by itself establish water resistance, drying speed or a protective rating. If your customer needs a particular function, name it in the brief and discuss the relevant information for the chosen material and construction. That gives us a concrete requirement to review alongside the visual design.
- 01State the intended use
- 02Name any required function
- 03Identify the selected material
- 04Agree supporting information

Develop the Sample in Useful Stages
Start by checking the profile and important measurements, then review the complete decoration and finish included in the sample scope. Keep revisions attached to one drawing version. A change to the front panel or fabric can affect another detail, so bring the full combination back into the review before approval.
- 01Review drawing views
- 02Check shape and fit
- 03Review complete branding
- 04Accept the revised specification

Build a Small Collection Around the Shape
Once the base design is clear, decide which colourways belong together. Show any contrast panels, brim colours and decoration changes for each version. We can then discuss a coordinated range without assuming all versions use identical components. Keep the material and artwork record attached to each proposed combination.

Give the Quote a Complete Scope
List quantities by colour and size, the intended destination and any label or packing instructions. Include the stage your drawing has reached and the date that matters to you. Sample arrangements, minimum quantities and timing are reviewed for the actual design. This keeps the commercial discussion connected to the cap you intend to make.

Send Your Camp-Cap Design
Share front, side and rear views, the panel colours, material direction, brim shape and logo files. An owned sample can help explain details that are hard to draw. Continue with drawing and sample inputs, outdoor hat planning or sample approval as the project develops.
