Black cotton denim, a five-panel hard-top crown and a rope detail define this adult unisex baseball cap. Develop the custom front embroidered logo alongside the actual crown support, metal buckle and measured fit.

Bring denim, rope and raised artwork together

Confirm the denim's component composition, weave, thickness, finish and any chosen wash treatment. Inspect the supported crown, fused areas, lining, band and panel joins before fixing the front artwork dimensions.

For selected 3D embroidery, approve the letter or character design, thread colors, raised profile, density and backing on Black denim. If digital printing is requested, proof its color and coverage separately and clarify whether it accompanies or replaces the stitches.

  • Approve exact rope position, attachment and finished ends.
  • Leave artwork clearance from seams and rope attachment points.
  • Check embroidery backing and rope-end contact on the wearer.

Agree care for the denim, rope, raised stitches or digital print, crown support and buckle. Keep the approved sample as the reference for the selected appearance and measured fit.
