Select the fabric behind the laser-hole design

Choose the actual canvas, corduroy or velvet surface and identify polyester percentages and fabric positions by component. Specify weave or pile, thickness, finish, any coating or laminate, lining, band, backing and front support.

Approve openings and front artwork together

Record hole locations, sizes and edge finish alongside the proposed logo and front seams. Set embroidery dimensions, thread shades, relief, stitch coverage, backing and exact placement for the chosen machine or 3D method.

Establish the adult buckle setting

Identify the rear buckle and strap mechanism and measure inner circumference, usable span, retention and crown depth. Trial the selected setting on the intended wearer, then measure bill width and projection and approve actual curve and firmness.
