This five-panel cotton baseball cap combines laser-cut holes with a custom silicone patch and camo-printing options. Choose the patch and printed artwork together so their scale can be checked across the perforated crown.

Plan camouflage around the silicone badge

Black, White and Gray provide the available colour choices for the proposed design. Approve the camouflage palette, coverage and patch contrast on the selected cap rather than relying on artwork alone.

Specify silicone composition, thickness, edge, backing and fixing. Inspect the finished interior beneath the patch and confirm that its position leaves the intended laser openings clear.

Define cotton and mesh component allocation

Confirm which sections use cotton and which use mesh, including the actual mesh fibres. Check crown depth, brim dimensions, internal band and any fused or joined sections before selecting the completed construction.

Trial the proposed adult circumference carefully

The adult unisex cap needs an actual wearer trial around the proposed 48–50 cm circumference. Measure usable buckle adjustment and confirm its metal composition, plating and surface finish before approving the fit.

Choose a decoration route for this crown

Machine, hand and affixed-cloth embroidery are possible discussion routes alongside the listed printing methods. Confirm the actual substrate and process before approving the silicone patch and camo combination.

  • Check sublimation transfer or digital print on the selected fabric.
  • Trial silk-screen, heat-transfer or discharge artwork for the intended finish.
  • Approve embossed or raised-rubber effects separately from silicone composition.
  • Position front, side, rear or brim artwork clear of joins.
  • Obtain complete fabric, patch, hardware and decoration care instructions.
  • Request any required water, airflow or sun-protection test evidence.
