This Black five-panel polyester/cotton cap combines a curved brim, laser-cut perforations and custom front 3D embroidery for adult unisex sports styling. Develop the raised artwork on the actual satin construction and trial the nominal 58cm(22.83in) size with the rear fastening confirmed.
Confirm Black satin construction and the curved profile
Approve the Black sample with proposed thread colours, polyester/cotton proportions and component allocation. Inspect the actual satin construction, front support and crown depth before measuring the curved brim and checking the internal band.
Shape the front 3D logo around the perforations
Agree embroidery dimensions, thread colours, raised profile and placement on the five-panel front. Inspect backing and clearance from laser-cut holes and seams, then review the decorated outside and complete inner finish together.
