A five-panel crown in 100% polyester twill provides the starting specification for this adult unisex baseball-cap project. Choose a printed-logo or patch arrangement for the intended outdoor sports use, with eight actual One Size colors available.
Define the printed artwork or patch assembly
Agree the selected logo method, dimensions and placement on the actual twill crown. If a patch is required, confirm its material, outline and attachment as part of the finished design. Approve the included treatment on a sample rather than assuming all printing, embroidery or finish options are supplied together.

Circumference references include 48–50 cm, 50–52 cm, 52–54 cm, 54–56 cm, 56–58 cm, 58–60 cm and 60–62 cm, plus >62 cm and an adjustable-fit request. Specify the required numerical fit with the chosen shade. Inspect the supplied rear and usable travel before approving an adjustable or fitted arrangement; the references do not establish one continuous range.
Choose one of eight colors for the sports brief
The actual One Size shades are Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Maroon, Gray, Blue and Army Green. Compare the selected print or patch against the cap fabric and assess the decorated sample for sports, golf or other outdoor wear.
Confirm artwork inclusion and finished care. Obtain production records if seamless fusing is required in the approved construction.
