This five-panel polyester velour laser-cut baseball cap combines rope styling with custom front machine or 3D embroidery. Choose Navy Blue or Sky Blue with the proposed rope and thread palette, then approve the actual custom adult unisex fit.
Specify velour sections and the laser pattern
Confirm polyester allocation and selected canvas or velour sections before approving front support. Check crown depth, brim curvature and dimensions, internal band, laser-hole layout and actual fused or joined sections.
- Set rope material, diameter, height and route against the selected cap.
- Approve rope-end fixing and clearance from artwork and openings.
- Trial front machine or 3D embroidery on the actual substrate.
- Confirm artwork dimensions, thread colours, backing and interior finish.
- Specify any button material, position and attachment separately.
Measure custom fit through the selected buckle
Define the required circumference and measure usable adjustment on the intended adult wearer. Confirm single-breasted buckle composition, plating and surface finish and check its operation with the completed internal band.
Inspect rope and embroidery as one decorated design
