Approve the five-panel logo area
Set the proposed artwork width and location on the supplied crown. Inspect the decorated result against seams and perforations, then agree the selected print or embroidery method and exactly which treatment is included.
Confirm the supplied rear fastening
A snapback requirement needs inspection of the actual rear construction. Measure any usable travel on the sample and check wearer comfort rather than treating the One Size label as a universal fit.
Request one stated circumference band
The fit references are 48–50 cm, 50–52 cm, 52–54 cm, 54–56 cm, 56–58 cm and 58–60 cm. Specify the required band in the chosen color. These separate references do not establish numerical selectable variants or one adjustment span.

Select Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Yellow, Blue, Sky Blue, Pink, Wine, Army Green, Camel or Gray. Compare the chosen shade with artwork colors on the actual decorated sample.
Specify outdoor evidence where needed
For golf, travel or running, evaluate the completed sample in the intended conditions. Request relevant waterproof, ventilation or decoration-durability evidence, and obtain production documentation if seamless fusing is required.
