Check what the side pocket can actually hold
Measure the opening and internal space against the item you intend to carry. Inspect pocket position and any closure, then test retention with the cap worn instead of assuming a zipper or a particular storage capacity.

Approve decoration and any measured performance
Agree plain or decorated supply, logo method, size, colors, backing and location. Check 3D embroidery compatibility with the soft surface. Request drying-speed or sun-protection evidence where required, plus fabric/artwork care and applicable needle-detection documentation.
