Review the flat brim with the structured crown
Approve the complete cap profile before placing the patch. Check the intended artwork dimensions against the five-panel construction, confirming the supplied polyester twill and the chosen location beside crown seams.
Approve the hole layout on the actual fabric
Set the selected perforation positions and inspect the finished hole edges on a sample. Compare the layout with the patch position so both elements are approved together. Request measured ventilation evidence if that property is required; holes alone do not establish a performance result.

- Approve laser-cut hole positions and finished edges.
- Agree printed-patch dimensions, material and attachment.
- Check actual rear hardware and any usable adjustment travel.

Settle the printed-patch assembly
Confirm the selected print method, artwork and patch attachment on the supplied twill crown. Agree which treatment is included and how the fabric and patch should be cared for. Obtain production records if seamless fusing is part of the required construction.
Select the shade and rear-fit specification
The One Size colors are Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Yellow, Blue, Sky Blue, Pink, Wine, Army Green, Camel and Gray. Request the needed circumference reference: 48–50 cm, 50–52 cm, 52–54 cm, 54–56 cm, 56–58 cm or 58–60 cm. Inspect the actual rear before approving snapback or fitted supply; no continuous adjustment span is established by those bands.
