Check artwork alignment at the seams
Map the all-over artwork across the five panels and inspect how it meets each seam. Approve coverage and finished alignment on the printed sample before settling the design.
Place embroidery within the complete layout
Agree feasible machine or 3D embroidery and the intended logo location. Review dimensions, thread colours and backing with the selected print, checking the decorated exterior and inside finish before approval.
Inspect polyester construction and adult fit
The cap uses 100% polyester; confirm its actual construction and front support. Measure crown depth and brim shape and dimensions, then inspect lining and the internal band during the adult fit trial.
Inspect the actual adjustment mechanism and fastening material on the cap. Measure usable adult adjustment for running or camping activity before specifying a numerical circumference range.
Approve final design requests and care
Submit alternative colour or design requirements for confirmation with the sample. Obtain fabric, print, embroidery and fastening care for the actual construction and intended sports or outdoor use.
