Develop an embroidered running or camping design on a Black or Gray five-panel polyester camp cap. This adjustable adult unisex cap supports a custom artwork brief, with actual all-over decoration coverage and logo locations to confirm before approval.
Map each decorated area across the five panels
Choose Black or Gray and mark the intended artwork locations on the complete cap. Agree feasible machine or 3D embroidery, dimensions, thread colours and backing for each selected area, reviewing how the design meets the panel seams.
Confirm the actual decoration coverage and any additional process individually. Inspect the completed sample from outside and inside so artwork placement, threads and backing are approved together.

Set final colour, artwork and handling requirements
Submit alternative colour or design requests for individual confirmation. Approve the complete decorated sample and obtain fabric, embroidery and fastening care, checking that the final artwork, fit and handling instructions address the intended sports or outdoor brief.
